Retro Summoning

Retro Summoning is pretty much an emergency summon, like it a card effect is targeted towards a monster with an effect for Retro Summoning, you can activate that card's effect and negate the effect of whichever card targeted your monster. If the targeting card is a spell or trap, it's destroyed.

"Scorpio of the Desert Moon" + "Imperial Spectrum Warrior of the Moon"

This card cannot be Special Summoned from your Graveyard. During the turn that this card is Synchro Summoned, you can pay 700 Life Points and remove this card from play to Retro Summon 1 Level 5 or lower monster from your deck in face-up Attack Position (this is treated as a Special Summon). During each of your End Pases, if you control 2 or more Fairy-Type monsters, you can look at 1 Set card on your opponent's field.

This card can only be used as a Synchro Material monster for the Synchro Summon of "Artemis, Goddess of the Moon". If this card is removed from play, increase your Life Points by 500.

During battle between this card and a Defense Position monster who's DEF is higher than the ATK of this card, this card is switched to Defense Position (Damage Calculation is not applied). During your Main Phase 2, while this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove this card from play to remove from play 1 card in either player's Graveyard.

FYI the pics for cards 1 and 2 look like that is cause I played around with GIMP. Sorry if you don't like em.

A few OCG errors:

Look at 1 Set Card - Reveal 1 face-down card

During each of your End Pases - During your End Phase

used as a Synchro Material monster - used as a Synchro Material

I like the idea, and the cards are pretty cool. Only a few OCG errors (those 3 were the only ones I could find). 9/10
