Well, this is what I Made.

 

Exploder Striker *** EARTH

Warrior/Effect

When this Card Destroys an opponents Monster by Battle, you Can Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent Controls. If this Card was Special Summoned from the Graveyard, it gains the following effect:

*When ths Card is Destroyed by Battle, Destroy the Monster that Destroyed it and inflict 1000 Damage to your opponent.

What ways are you thinking of SSing this from the Graveyard? Limit Reverse? Doesn't feel worth it.

 

Too low ATK to pull off the first effect often.

Lol, i was thinking of making more support, but im using a crappy keyboard, and yes limit reverse is the targeted card for the 1000 attack.
