This card doesn't really seem to have a point. It weakens it self so much it's sad and the picture doesn't look good.

Yeah I really did not pull my biggest effort, I'm kind of tired today.

But it does have 3800 attack.

(Review)

This card is one of the most random ones i've seen in my 3 years here. It's Level and ATK/DEF are very "Typical newbie-ish" in nature. It's effect completely eliminates any reason to play it, ESPECIALLY it's summon conditions. The picture is extremely blurry.

 

All in all, atleast you TRIED. Which is more than could be said about others.
