Ok so this card has many mistakes.

 

First lets take the level to about 7 and then the OCG should look like this:

Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card can attack your opponent directly if you have no cards on the Field or in your hand.

 

To me tht is a very bland effect and it would be a waste to try and get it on the field. Okay so in closing the pic needs to be cropped and all in all i give the current card a 4/10

There are many things wrong here. The level is waaaaaay too low. This thing needs to be at least Level 7, but probably Level 8. The effect is bland and it fails completely, because you can never use it; if you control this card, then you can't have no cards on the field.

 

OCG: 1 point.

Fix:

 

"1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card can attack your opponent directly if you have no cards in your hand and this is the only card you control."

 

I changed it so that you can actually use the effect.

 

Style: 1.5 points.

The picture is okay. It's odd that this is a FIRE monster named Chaos. I'd expect a LIGHT or DARK monster. Oh well. The pic is kind of cool. Your set name/numbers are just random...yeah...

ur spelling in general is bad much less your ocg. blan effect, bad picture, a 1 star synchro is literally im possible unless you have to half a star monsters in your deck some where. ill give you a 2/10 for effort.
