This card is rather OP, and has way too many effects, even with it only Normal Summonable for 3 tributes.

 

Alos, Rip off of Legal Ra is a rip off.

When this card is Normal Summoned, the effect of Spells, Traps and Effect Monster other than this card cannot be activated. If this card is Normal Summoned, you can pay Life Points until you have 100 Life Points left. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the amount paid. Also, you can pay 1000 Life Points to select and destroy 1 monster on the field.

 

 

 

 

See, you added onto a NERFed Ra that is considered NOT OP, and as such is legal, SO this card is pretty much saying hi to the banlist. IF it were real.

Let me take this effect piece by piece or I'll never fully understand it.

Okay, no special summon, takes three tributes and it can't be set face-down.

 

There can only be 1 face-up "Magician Of Fate" monster on the field.

 

Okay, if the idea is to make an archtype I don't see why you would include this.

 

This card's ATK and DEF are equal to its Level x 200.

 

That's interesting. It's level 10 so 3 monsters gets me a 2000/2000 ATK/DEF. Not sounding too good to me at the moment but I'll push on and see.

Okay, so it gets stronger each Battle Phase and that's to increase ATK and DEF. But it's level 10 so this effect is only going to activate twice and in the end I get a 2400/2400 ATK/DEF for those three tributes.

 

Also, if this card is on the field in face-up Attack Position, Effect Damage to your Life Points as a result of an opponent's card effect is inflicted to your opponent instead.

 

Okay... so effect damage to me is inflicted on my opponent.

 

If this card is Normal Summoned, you can pay Life Points until you have 100 Life Points left. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the amount paid.

 

The "If this card is Normal Summoned" part is unnecessary as you made it impossible to special summon meaning normal summoning is the only option. Now for the effect itself, way too much overpowered potential here. If I get this thing out while I still have 8000 life points, wait 2 turns and then give all but 100 I have a 10300/10300 ATK/DEF monster and its stats don't ever go back down.

 

Also, you can pay 1000 Life Points to select and destroy 1 monster on the field.

 

So if I care to leave any life points after the previous effect I can destroy any monster for 1000.

 

During your Main Phase, you can destroy this card and removed from play.

 

So it can destroy itself out of no where. I'm not sure what that accomplishes.

 

 

 

So then, now onto how I think you should go about fixing it. My first problem is the Effect damage aimed at the controller being done to the opponent. It has no place among the rest of the effect however I also feel this is the only original part of this card. Everything else seems like Winged Dragon of Ra to me, as others have mentioned. I would consider reworking the effect around this.

 

As for the rest of it, there are some things that need real fixing. First off, pouring all your Life points into a monster can make for a way too overpowered monster. As I said in the spoiler, this card can get to 10300 ATK and 10300 DEF after two turns. If this part must be included, and I think it should, I would limit it to 1000 Life points payed at max and then make the addition only last for that turn. Paying 1000 Lifepoints to destroy anything is way too much like Ra for me and doesn't seem to be necessary. I would consider removing it. And the final effect makes no sense whatsoever to me. Why would I want to just destroy a monster I tributed 3 things for?

 

As I've said, it needs a lot of reworking but there are some good ideas in there. Now I don't see how you've made an Arctype here. Then again, I haven't gotten recent cards for awhile. Are there already Magician of Fate cards out there or did you plan to make more?

 

Anyway, 2/10 at the moment. There are good ideas present but they were cluttered among a list of incredibly overpowered effects.
