When a monster attacks a Defence Position monster both monsters are destroyed. When this card is destroyed all monsters with 0 ATK and DEF are destroyed. During each of your End Phases you must Tribute 1 monster you control, if you cannot this card is removed from play. Cards that would switch your opponent's monster to defense would support this card since both monsters would be destroyed in the end so you can attack with any monster imaginable even a Kuriboh. What I don't get is the first effect, there really is no point in turning all the monsters in the grave to Zombies since it doesn't help the other effects.
