HakuroDK
Hello, everyone! Here's a series of cards based on the Deepsea monsters (while technically not an archetype themselves.) NOTE: Due to Localization errors, "Deep Sea Diva" is considered a "Deepsea" monster, as its romanized name is "Shinkai no Dīva", Shinkai also being used in the names of the other "Deepsea" cards. Valkyrie Lupia Blitzer
Deepsea Pikeman and Phalanx: Stopping Spells and stopping Traps? They're both decent by themselves. They're both dangerous combined. Deepsea Vassal: Not terribly useful. Targeting Spells and Traps are not that big of a deal, and there are other Tuners you can use. Deepsea Gardna: Not broken at all...it's an okay card. Superancient Deepsea Prince Leviathan: Does a good job at being a weaker version of Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth. But it should probably be able to be upgraded into SDKC. And I don't feel like reviewing the rest right now. Link to comment
HakuroDK
Pikeman and Phalanx are decent separate. That's why they're both Tuners. Otherwise things'd get nasty. Though there is this one synchro monster that'd be able to take advantage that comes in Starstrike Blast, though... The thing about Vassal is its versatility. You'll notice in the wording of the effect that it reads "This card CAN be treated as a Tuner Monster." This means that, if you have a tuner out, this effect need not apply. If you don't have one, Vassal can take care of business. As for Leviathan, there's no legitimate point in doing that in my personal opinion. Thanks for the reviews anyway, though! Link to comment
Lonk
You do know that there are no Fish Synchros right now right? Pikeman's optional effect doesn't work. Regardless, a decent fish set. Link to comment
HakuroDK
It's because I had planned to make them, but it completely slipped my mind. Link to comment
