If it is a Spell or Trap card remove it from play. If the card is a monster, Special Summon it. The card overall is totally underpowered. It depletes a good bit of advantage to Summon, but trades that for what it does to the opponent's hand. OCG: 2 points.Needs work. Fix: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.
