I feel like i messed up with the lighting on V1. and that it was a bit over smudged.

No to the text. The colors aren't exactly working. Depth is decent but you need to work on transition and lighting. Some effects and a smaller hedgehog head might help too. :lol:

And what do you mean by Transition? Im not familiar with that term.

The light becomes dark too abruptly. For example, take a look at the left side of v2. See how it's abrupt?

2nd is best. The text could be a bit larger, and the lighting is a bit strange, and sudden like 2500st said.

 

This time, it's really missing effects that enhance the render. extra lighting and c4ds around the render could work here.

 

Not your best, but it's hard to do tags where the render is that large. ;)

Basically, the rest of the tag has make the render look better than it actually is, and it should stand out from the rest of the tag.

 

And as for c4ds, Google image 'em. It's probably the best way to find what they are. If used the right way, they can really make the sig look better.

Yeah, I know what c4d's are;) lol, I just never really knew how to use them, But i think i did a decent job in my newest tag.
