I would suggest at least Level 7, no more than 8.

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card an only be Special Summoned by removing 2 DARK monsters from your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, you can select 1 LIGHT monster, and destroy it. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn this effect is activated.

Pretty weak and unimaginative. At least it isn't OverPowered though :P I think you can be a little more creative with this card, but nice work for your first card.

It's a little on the unoriginal side, and I would suggest a different pic.

I suggest adding another effect, the current was is too boring just a summoning condition an anti-light effect. Name and pic are fine, so i rate 7/10

OPed. There is no drawback for this card's effect. I think I'll destroy your Blue-Eyes White Dragon without a cost. Maybe say that you can activate it when you pay Life Points or discard cards?

The pic looks more like a Warrior-Type IMO.
