Lore:Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field by decreasing this card's ATK by 400. When this card destroys a monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK or DEF (whichever is higher).

Tell me any fixes to balance out this card or any OCG (which I am bad at) errors.

Edit:fixed the OCG

Once per turn, during your [iNSERT STAGE], you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field by decreasing this card's ATK by 400. When this card destroys a monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK or DEF (whichever is higher).

I think that's the correct OCG; bit unsure on the last effect. Great card, I don't see anything that makes it unbalanced... Well, kind of... You should put a cost on the last effect, otherwise cards like Big Shield Gardna just wreak insane havoc -- KA2-Des Scissors/Needle Burrower can inflict just as much, but their draw back is a weak ATK.

PS: Where do you get your pics? They're all nice.

@Hacimicah, would you mind telling what stage would be good to use the effect so it is not OP then.

@Toot, mind telling me why it got 8/10 some feedback would be nice.

@lolwhy, thanks for your comments I will change it now.

ps: I use pics from deviantart or from search engines. To be honest, sometimes I take someone's card cut out the picture, save it to my desktop, and use it.

Pretty good card. It's not exactly OP, except by it's inflicting damage thing, but it'll be better because it decreases ATK when you use the other effect. Although, I think you should lower it's original ATK. As for why, I have no idea. 8.5/10
