On the 1st card, she's overpowered, 'cuz she has an Ancient Gear effect plus she's got a minimum of 2800 ATK even if she's the only card on the field. If both players have 4 cards, that's 6300. OUCH. She's a six-star, and doesn't look like a Naruto ninja, so why does she have epicfacepwnlawlatk? I suggest you lower the boost to 100 per card.

 

But on the 2nd card, it's underpowered, because this card provides the same ATK boost as Axe of Despair, which works on any monster. Why run this over that when this only works for her?

ok, the only nerf the first card needs is if you lower its base attack, there are cards with similar effects (Panada something something) but have low base attacks in the first place, or you just give it a higher level with harder summoning conditions. Other than that, learn to spell simple words >.>
