By paying 500 Life Points, negate the Effects of a Counter Trap card.

For each "Legendary Warrior" monster in your Graveyard. This card gains 500 ATK points.

For each Spell or Trap on the field this card gains 200 ATK

When this card is Normal Summoned or Set. Inflict 700 points of damage to your opponents Life Points.

ur capitalization is ok, but not the best.
