Well what do you think:

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can send 1 "Elemental Hero" (except this card) you control to the owner's Deck to destroy 1 monster on the field. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. When this card battles a monster in Defense Position whose DEF is lower than this card's ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

Loved it. I use a lot the Elemental Hero Cards or the Cyber Dragon Cards and if i had these cards on my Deck it would be awesome. Rating a little more rated, i think the card look himself is purely awesome and i think that the effect of that card is better than some real ones. Also, i like the OCG. 10/10

No OCG errors except a minor one: you should put spaces between fusion materials and pluses, like: *Fusion Material* + *Fusion Material* not *Fusion Material*+*Fusion Material*

 

Although the second card is a bit OP because it's too easy to destroy Spells and Traps. 9/10
