I run Reptilliannes. Cool card. Only... Most Reptilliannes (Except Gardna and Naga) don't have 0 ATK... So it would help your opponent. Why don't you put this effect instead:

 

"Once per turn, you may destroy 1 monster on the field with 0 ATK and deal damage to both player's equal to that monster's original ATK."

 

Because most Reptillianne users take damage too. It'll fit, trust me.

 

Anyways, me rate:

 

- Now: 7.1/10, because it's effect doesn't really fit.

- If you change the effect to my effect: 9.2/10!

 

By change the effect to my effect, I only mean the part "Once per turn, you may change 1 monster with 0 ATK's ATK to 2000."

 

Finally, you don't have to double-space after every sentence in the effect.

Consider this' date=' good sir: Naga and Gardna are two of the best Reptiliannes in the game, thus they are run in threes, giving you six possible targets with this card. Second of all, consider Viper, who is the only Reptilianne Tuner, and who also has 0 ATK, and who takes control of your opponent's monsters with 0 ATK.

 

Thus, you summon this card, then use her effect to Normal Summon Viper, take your opponent's 0 ATK monster and then turn it into a 2000 ATK beatstick, savvy?

That would defeat the purpose of this card. The Stonemage uses her powers to reanimate stone, not destroy it. Otherwise, it would have a name like "Reptillianne Breaker" or some such, uh, thing.
