This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Shape Shifting- Art to Master". When this card is Special Summoned successfully, you can Special Summon 1 "Shape Shifter" monster from your Graveyard. The ATK and DEF of this card is equal to the doubled ATK and DEF of the monster Special Summoned with this card's effect. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard one card to put 1 "Shifter Counter" on this card (max. 3.) When this card is attacked, you can destroy 1 "Shifter Counter" on this card to negate the attack. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 1000 Life Points to draw 3 cards from the top of your Deck. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, Field Spell Cards cannot be activated.

You can only activate this card during your opponent's Battle Phase. Tribute 2 face-up "Shape Shifter" monsters with an ATK less than 1000 to Special Summon 1 "Shape Shifter- Min'Doj, Lord of Mythical Beasts" from your hand or Deck.

Can't really comment without the other monsters =s

 

It seems extremely conditional, though, for not quite a useful enough effect.

 

The OCG seems solid except that "from the top of your Deck" isn't needed. and "When this card is Special Summoned successfully" can just be "When this card is Summoned." (I don't see Flip Summons being a problem). And "During your Main Phase" isn't needed, either.
