~Mega-Man~
Rate :D (this is MEANT to be OP'd)
Crushdag
Too hard to summon, too easy to beat, bad pic, unnecessary effect (Just put its ATK and DEF at 8000 each) 3/10. Sorry.
~Mega-Man~
Starting ATK is 5000, being the STRONGEST one it would have to be impossible to summon.
~Duo~
Um... This card defeats the purpose of Neo-Spacians, because they were meant to be on the field and returned to the deck for a fusion. Plus, what's the point of making it ? ATK and DEF? Why not just make it a 8000 ATK and DEF monster? Plus, Ultimate Rare, DIVINE, and Level 12 are = or > noob. Isn't that Rainbow Neos? 6/
Guest Cursed Reaction
Not OPed. More UPed in my opinion, despite its recklessly stupid ATK and DEF stats, it has no sort of protection or secondary effect. It'll be destroyed by the likes of DAD in an instant. And I suppose you won't want to see this picture on a real card:[spoiler=On a Real Card Picture] Sorry but not a good card.
deathghost101
The pic looks like E-hero Divine neos.........Summoning your card should be a bit easier......Effect is Oped, but it can't negate effects or kill the entire field....so still kinda Oped.6/
Guest Cursed Reaction
It is Divine Neos but from a GX episode, I think. As everyone said, it defeats the purpose.

~Mega-Man~
DID ANY OF YOU READ THE BOTTOM OF THE POST? IT SAID THIS IS MEANT TO BE OP'ed! WOW ARE YOU BLIND?
~Duo~
Um... I think that's why you're getting these Neg Reps. Also, if this card is meant to be OP, at least explain why. I thought it was Rainbow Neos... >_>
Crushdag
DID ANY OF YOU READ THE BOTTOM OF THE POST? IT SAID THIS IS MEANT TO BE OP'ed! WOW ARE YOU BLIND? The thing is: It's not. It's so hard to summon it will never be used, and even there the effect is crap. Many cards can easily beat it.
LiAM
It's actually underpowered. Near enough impossible to summon and therefore worthless Sorry, try making it more tactical and plan it out :D
Crushdag
Additionally, there are 20 (non-fusion) and nearly 50 (fusion included) Elemental Heroes + 9 Neo-Spacians (fusions not included). That leaves little space for supporting cards.

And when it's beaten (and it is easily beaten) you will be stuck with all of your monsters in your graveyard. All for an 8000 ATK beatstick that only relies on brute force. Kinda like that Chaos Phantom thingy that needs all 3 sacred beasts, except that nearly all your monsters will be gone.
~Duo~
Pot of Avarice.
Crushdag
Meanwhile, your opponent summons stronger monsters.
~Duo~
How so? You get two cards and bring back 5 cards from your Graveyard. At that time, you can build up your defense.
Crushdag
Because of the turns you lost bringing back your monsters. ASSUMING you get PoA in the first place. Besides, this card would require an entire Deck with all the elemental heroes and Neo-Spacians. It's unlikely you'd have space for anything else impressive. ~Duo~
Well, as you said, you're getting rid of all your cards, so it would be very rare not to get Pot of Avarice.
Crushdag
Well then, assuming you DO get PoA, what then? Not to mention you will have very little field influence for 2 turns, which is more than enough for your opponent to prepare.

cheezeman224
NO OFFENSE BUT COMING FROM A NOOB EVEN I KNOW ITS BAD. CHANGE THE EFFECT, THE MATERIAL MONSTERS, THE PIC IS BAD, AND Y DONT U JUST MAKE THE ATK AND THE DEF 8000. I THINK THIS CARD WAS JUST A JOKE. 0/
~Duo~
Um... If you're lucky and have Future Fusion and Pot of Avarice at the start, you can use Future Fusion, then Pot of Avarice to Summon some stuff to protect yourself, while you're waiting.
