When your opponent draws card(s) outside of their Draw Phase, this card is sent to the Graveyard. By paying 1000 Life Points While this card is in the Graveyard, you can negate the activation of a Spell or Trap card and destroy it.

You know what?

Opponent or card is NOT capitilized and graveyard IS capitilized.

I honestly don't see how this card will fustrate the opponent.

Jinzo is more fustrating. This is just a hand limitation...

There's a fair amount of those kind of cards...

I geuss it's kind of underpowered.

It's also easily destroyed.

Although it is a FLIP effect.
