Unfortunately, I wasn't expecting the effect to be this long. I've even shortened it, but the card maker with the new server won't make cards with such huge effects. So I had to post it like this.

 

Also, suisei = comet in japanese, or at least translated.

wow i really like this effect because you can decide whether or not to make his ATK lower or higher which effects his other effect...i like it :D

Great card 9.5/10. By the way, why would you need cards with such long effects, if you were to really make a card with that long of an effect it would be barely able to read. Since this is the realistic card section you should be able to make an effect that is realistic and be able to fit in a real card. I do understand what you're saying though.

I don't understand how it's unplayable. If you get, IDK in the grave, you can SS immediately. :/

 

I SS this. I normal Summon a monster with lets say 1600 ATK. Increase this cards ATK/DEF by 800. Now it has 2300. Or sub and make it 700.

 

Now either I inflict burn usually using the increase and attack, or if I used the sub, destroy some monster.

 

So, IYO, what would make this card not underpowered.
