Oh yeah! 100. It's like mark of the rose kind of but a little less lasting. and it's not like you'll always get a spell counter. so...

if you do that, i give it a 9.5/10

neat card its like 3 free "Change of hearts" with a draw back unless you have a certain trap card...Hehe

I'd say this i pretty balanced all around with the ending.

It's kind of like a "Snatch Steal" but in monster form.
