How do i put in 'dot points' into the card description?

i have a new idea for a theme, and an excellent one, but to make it look it's best, i need to know how to put in those large dot points, like on this 'Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning' that i'm holding right now. (they look oversized)

So, is it possible with the current builder to put in those dot points? and if so, how?

I posted this after i checked, and could not find any information anywhere. plz help.

It can't. For some reason, it doesn't program bullets and dots in a card. Neither does it with Greek letters.

damn. i thought it didn't, but still. that sux. i once tried putting the figure-eight (infinity) symbol for ATK and DEF, but it came out with 5. (wtf?)
