effect:

1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Thunder-Type monsters

Once per turn, you can remove from play all Thunder-Type monsters on your side of the Field. Increase this card ATK by 300 points for each removed from play monsters by this card effect.

(It's original effect was: Once per turn, you can activate one of the following effects: Remove from play all Thunder-Type monsters on your side of the Field. Increase this card ATK by 400 points for each removed from play monster by this card effect; Remove from play this card. Increase the ATK of all Thunder-Type monsters on your side of the Field by 500 points while this card is removed from play. During your next Battle Phase, return this card to your side of the Field.::But, i can't generate it whit this effect [apparently, i can't generate cards whit a long effect).

its a pretty ok card

but it kills itself with the first ability

 

"Once per turn, you can remove from play all Thunder-Type monsters on your side of the Field, except this card."

 

now thats much better, i also suggest that he increases his ATK for each removed from play thunder-type monster. not the "by this effect" that just makes him weaker and will kill you

 

i also say try to get a good thunder looking dragon
