hey for a Yugioh RP i need an image that matches this description:

Hair Style and colour: short and wavy with 4 strands going down his face, Dark blue.
Clothes: a white singlet and dark blue unzipped sleeveless jacket, white gloves, a white belt with a blue circular crystal in the middle of it, not tight but not baggy Blue jeans and white shoes.
Needs:Arms folded, kind of like an arrogant but not angry type of look.
I would request this in the request forum but i beleive it is against the rules.
My question is who is willing to draw me this image? will give 3 reps to participant thx
