This cards ATK cannot increase except by its own effect. This cards ATK is equal the amount of all the cards on the field and in both players hand x100. This card level is increased for every 500 ATK this card has. Once per turn you can pay 2000 Life Points to declare 1 monster's card name, until the end of this turn this card's name is treated as the declared monster's name. This card inflicts 1000 points of damage to the Life Points of the card owner during each of his/her Standby Phases.

wow pretty good card

i can see how it would be abused in so many ways, but it can be a great support in anyone's deck

 

oh fixed last effect so you cant mega-abuse it
