Each time a Spell card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. (max. 3) During your Main Phase 1, remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to take control of 1 of your opponent's monsters. That monster cannot attack.

OCG (not much to fix actually):

"Each time a Spell card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (max. 3). During your Main Phase 1, you can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to take control of 1 of your opponent's monsters. That monster cannot declare an attack."

When you say that the controlled monster cannot attack, do you mean for just that turn? Or it can never attack? You might to specify.

I'd say the pic fits the card.

Seems like a powerful card with lots of potential uses.

9/10

I think it should be this then (I think):

"Each time a Spell card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (max. 3). During your Main Phase 1, you can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to take control of 1 of your opponent's monsters. As long as it remains face-up on your field, that monster cannot declare an attack."
