A) A simple card like this would have a place in any deck. I can understand why you chose that picture, but I would try and look for a better one.

B) If I wanted to make a deck that would sabatoge my opponent, I would use this card.

C) Try a different picture. But, the effect is great, and there is no OCG error. Very nice! 9/10

P.S. Try and find a picture without transparent letters/words in them.

Does it work?

Maybe against certain Decks, but for me, I usually never end up with more than three cards in my hand during a Duel (except for first turn).

Would you use it?

No, doesn't really hurt too much either. You can set any Spell/Trap Cards (which opens up for a possible Heavy Storm) and you can still have 4 cards which is still enough.

Any suggestions on how to improve it?

*Spell the Card Name correctly.

*Get better picture.

*Limiting to 3 or perhaps even 2 cards - OR - adding an additional effect.

well for startes, the pic is blurry and has ic in the middle. i probably wouldnt use it, but i can see what kind of deck i would use it in. so since ur new, i will give you a 5.5/10

i agree this would work with a fabled, infernity, and a lot of other decks
