When I was your age your grandparents always grounded me so I couldn't get a girlfriend till I left the house which was when I was 18. And for the record your mother forced me to drop you off at the movies I wanted to just stay home and play the playstation 3 in our living room but noo she made me have to come with you. Then she just started blasting me telling me that as your father I had to protect you and I replied damnit woman he's my son and I can raise him however I damn well want to, of course this lead to her spending the night at her sisters house. I am deeply sorry if I embarrassed you my son as for advice... Make sure she isn't a total nagger like your mother and you'll be just fine. In fact of being dropped off by your parents isn't such a horrible thing, you can either come with excuses like "they were going somewhere anyway" or be honest and say that you have a good relation with your parents and don't mind being with them.
