This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while you control no Spell or Trap Cards. When this card is Summoned, select 5 level 4 or lower Machine-Type monsters in your Deck and equip them to this card as Equip Spell Cards. You can Tribute monster equipped to this card to Tribute Summon monsters. If you do, the Summoned monster is equipped to this card. The monsters equipped to this card can attack. If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy 1 monster equipped to this card instead.

So you get to Tribute Summon anything from the monarch to the god cards without much a cost...and do it multiple times! Maybe some restrictions on summoning conditions?

Monsters attacking from Spell & Trap Card Zone might also be tricky.

Yeah, when I went to bed last night I realized how overpowered this card is. Should probably first and foremost it level 3 and lower monsters. And also;

"A monster equipped to this card has its effect negated. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster equipped to this card and its effect its not negated until the end of your next turn."

This way, you cannot activate the effects normaly, and I guess you'll miss the timing with the monarchs.

Yes, sadly I have a hard time getting Yu-Gi-Oh! out of my brain, even at night... -_-

 

I updated it;

○　level 7 → level 9 (not that that matters...)

○　"level 4" → "level 3"

○　2000 DEF → 0 DEF

○　"A monster equipped to this card has its effect(s) negated. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster equipped to this card and its effect is not negated until your next turn."

 

Any better? More limitations?

It can be attacked, but you'll need to destroy it 6 times to destroy it completely.

no i meant can the equip cards attack as well? 6 times huh, pretty powerful card...

Well the card itself has 0 ATK so it would be able to attack much. But the other five cards can attack (but they are only level 3 in the beginning). As long as you do not tribute 2 monsters for a tribute summon you cannot activate any spell or trap cards.
