Op...Op...op.....no offense, the art for the cards is amazing, esp the dragon, but 300 points to destroy a monster for a lv. 4? Way op there. My suggestions, Red Eyes' ATK and DEF are too high. Lower them or lower the damage from his effect. I like the Whale's effect, but less damage or more card discarding seems a bit more fair. your warrior's effect, obvious. Increase LP payment or decrease lv of destruction. It's a good effect, just needs to be balanced. good otherwise

I like the whale's new effect, I could see it more with an attack restriction (1000 ATK or less, for example) over level restriction. That way you have an effect connection for your galaxy monsters! for your warrior, i'd say no more than 1700 ATK is fine for 500 LP, and RE with 3000/2600 seems fair.....no more than 3300/3000 seems fitting.
