When a monster is Special Summoned by this card's effect, you can pay 500 Life Points and send this card to the Graveyard to activate the Special Summoned monster's effect(s). Dries965 Posted June 27, 2010 Report Share Posted June 27, 2010 a monarch has 1 effect, consisting of two parts, first one is the trigger, second one is the result The last Monarch activates effect of special summoned monarch. Special Summoned monarch activates effect. Special Summoned Monarch realises the first part of the effect is not met, therefor second part of the effect cannot activate.
