Need help on OCG

OCG Correction:

 

This card is unaffected by the effect of cards your opponent controls during your Battle Phase. This card gain 300 ATK for each WATER monster. If this card destroys a monster by battle, you can Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your Deck.

 

Seems a little OP and not original. But effective, this is good.

But I want it so it isn't affected by it's own effect as well which is where I get confused with the OCG.

if it negates effects during YOUR battle phase then you won't be able to special summon water monsters when it destroys a monster by battle

 

Effect Change:

 

This card is unnaffected by your opponent's Spell and Trap Cards during your Battle Phase. This card gains 300 ATK for each face-up WATER monster you control. When this card destroys a monster by Battle and sends it to the Graveyard, Special Summon one Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your deck or hand.

That OCG is still wrong, for the end bit it should be...

 

During the End Phase of the turn this card destroyed a monster by Battle, Special Summon one Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your deck.
