Effect: 2 Synchro Tuner monsters + 1 Synchro non-Tuner monster

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Accel Synchro Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all other monsters on the field. Card effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation. If your opponent Summons a monster with 2000 or less ATK, you can remove it from play. If you do, take damage equal to half the removed monster's ATK. When this card is removed from the field by battle or by your opponent's card effect, remove from play this card and all cards on the field and Special Summon 1 "Kagaseo Token" (Machine-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). This token cannot attack and while this token remains face-up on the field, neither player can Summon or Set monsters.

Whoo. That one's a doozy. It's tough to get out' date=' but once it's there, it makes an impact. It's pretty well balanced. I don't think "Accel Synchro Summon" is an official term; you just say "Synchro Summon"...that should cover it.

It probably would, but when I make Accel Synchro monsters, I actually give the them the class of 'Accel Synchro' (ie [Machine/Accel Synchro/Effect] compared to [Machine/Synchro/Effect]) because that allows me to use the additional rules originally planned by Konami to be used by Accel Synchros.

 

These include being able to be Summoned on your opponent's turn (Synchro Tuners cover that now) and being immune to effects that specifically target Synchro monsters (that seems to have disappeared). It's an umbrella term to make the effect shorter.

This version (the old one) is Level 11, so very hard to Summon. Have changed it to Level 12 on the finished version to make it slightly easier to get out, and because of what it is, it should be Level 12.

Holy cow, thats alot. In one small card, yet hard to summon, more of the point, wouldn't it be to hard to summon or average players? I'm just saying most of the yugioh cards that are limited in my point of view is b/c of the fact that they are hard to bring out but killers when brought out. So, IMO, this card is balanced and all, but shouldn't it atleast be limited, or semi-limited. But thats all, I know, i had alot to say, but oh well, you are used to that.
