Dandelo
Not sure if the OCG is correct at certain points, help with that would be fine. I'm thinking the cost of the negation, etc. is high enough for it to not be overpowered. But what do I know? Have at it. Negate the Summon of a Synchro Monster your opponent controls, remove the monster from play, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the monster's Level x 100. You take damage to your Life Points equal to the monster's ATK or DEF, whichever is highest.

But it will be more unuseful since we have another Negate a SUmmon like Bottomless Trap H
Anbu-of-Sand
OCG has already been fixed by the above. A great picture with a great name. Seems really really UP'd if you ask me. Sure you negate the summon of a Synchro...But then you take damage from the highest stat. Still don't understand? Lets see... Opponent: Synchro Summon Stardust B!TCH !!!You: Oh ya? FORFEIT ESSENCE! Screw your Stardust and take 800!!! WHAT NOW?!?!Opponent: Damn, but to sucks to be you since you just gave yourself 2500 damage >=) So IMO, you should change it to a x by 100 to at least 200. Makes it way more balanced. It would also make it more usable in some situations. But for now, a rating of 5.8/
