I decided to join many others and make a single card thread. Periodically, I'll post a new single card to discuss and put the old ones in a spoiler. Next up:

 

Captain's Battle Tactics

Continuous Spell

Once per turn, you can discard a card to Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster from your hand. During your End Phase, you can change the position of any number of monsters you control.

Remove Tuning

Normal Spell

Pay 500 Life Points. All face-up Tuners on the field become non-Tuner monsters. If only one monster is affected by this card's effect and that monster is Level 1, draw a card.

Hmm i think it rules just the way it is i makes it possible to fully utilize a psychic synchro deck. 8/10 only cause that leaves room for abuse.
