Dandelo
Kronos (or Cronus) was the leader of the first generation of Titans in Greek mythology. He is identified as the Roman diety Saturn. He eventually became associated with time in general (cycles of Saturn, etc.), and was usually depicted as wielding a scythe/sickle, thus the name of the card. Since he has to do with time, I thought he'd focus mainly on Continuous Spell and Trap Cards, seeing as time is continuous. He also has the ability to Synchro Summon himself multiple times (traveling back in time?) at a cost to trigger his first effect. Hopefully the OCG is all up to par. Plenty of Synchros are a tad overpowered, so have at it. 1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, you can send a number of cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard (max. 5) to destroy the same number of cards on the field. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn this effect is activated. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the effects of Continuous Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls are negated. During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, he/she takes damage equal to the number of Continuous Spell and Trap Cards they control x 300. You can return this card to your Extra Deck by removing 1 Spell and Trap Card in your Graveyard from play. If you do, during your next Standby Phase, you can Special Summon this card (this is treated as a Synchro Summon).

yigha
gerat card, just op'ed i'm confused about this part" During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, he/she takes damage equal to the number of Continuous Spell or Trap Cards they control x 500. "-> for each face-up Continuous Spell AND Trap Cards or each card in the spell and trap card zone

touzaikokon
Interesting. I like this card, a lot. It's an original effect, good pic, and it is fairly balanced, even in its overpowered-ness.
