You must also Tribute monsters who stars equals 12 and pay 1500 Life Points. Increase the ATK of this card by 1000 for every monster in your Graveyard that got the word "Storms" in its name. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing monsters who stars equals 20. destroy all spell cards and trap card on your opponent side o the field. Increase the ATK of this card by 2000 for every monster in your graveyard, hand or field that have the word "Storms" in its name. so how is it???
