This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 Machine-type monsters on your Field. When this monster is Special Summoned destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the Field. This monster gains 500 ATK for each card destroyed until the End Phase. When this card attacks all damage inflicted is halved.

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 Face-up "Mecha Lord Kikai-Beast Mode". All Face-up Machine-type monsters you control gain "Mecha Lord Counters" every time this card destroys a monster and sends it to the Graveyard. Face-up machine type monsters gain 500 ATK for each "Mecha Lord Counter" they have. When a Machine monster has 3 "Mecha Lord Counters" destroy it

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except when "Mecha Lord Kikai-Beast Mode" and "Mecha Lord Kikai-Fighter Mode" are both in the Graveyard. All Face-up Machine-type monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF for each Machine-type monster in your Graveyard. Machine-type monsters you control cannot attack. For each turn that your monsters don't attack this monster gain 1 "Ultimate Mecha Lord Counter". When this monster has 4 "Ultimate Mecha Lord Counters" it gain the following effect and loses it's previous effect:

●All Machine-type monster you control can attack your Opponent directly. All Machine-type monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF for each Macine-type monster in both players Graveyards.

okay, the first 2 forms are oped though the 2nd one is a bit more balanced, when i read the last forms summoning conditions it though okay its Oped but i read the rest of the effect, which makes it balanced so at the most its a 4 turn wait for attacking power

good pics for the first 2 but the second seems off

The first two cards, are well enough balanced and plenty playable. I don't see any issue with the first two. However, you're third, is quite overpowered. Two Foolish Burial and this guy could be out first turn. It needs some more restricting summoning conditions.

 

The set as a whole, I'll give a 6/10. I'd give it a 8/10 if the third were to be balanced out.
