The first one can either be UPed or OPed... if you have so much monsters in your graveyard, the duel isn't going well, and the card isn't actually foolproof, i can play any card to destroy it, which means, versatility: 0.

 

I guess the second one is okay, besides the fact that Dark Synchros aren't supposed to be in the realistic cards section.
