Your card does not meet this contest's rules. Milling is referred to as "decking out" the opponent, in other words it forces the opponent to draw(which can lead the player to discard from the hand) or discard cards from his/her deck. Examples: Needle Worm, Chainsaw Insect, "Iron Chain" monsters, etc.

 

I gave Rad Coolness until 6PM EST to submit a card, if he/she does not a submit a card by 6PM EST you are welcome to submit another.

ok heres my card that supports "Synchronic Lightning VoltBot"

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to your "Synchronic Lightning VoltBot" as an Equip Card, OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, at the cost of 1000 Life Points you can declare 1 card. The equipped monster cannot attack. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 "Pararsite" monster in your Graveyard to halve the ATK of the equipped monster. If the equipped monster's ATK becomes under 500 due to this card's effect, destroy it. When the equipped monster is destroyed, destroy all monsters on the field with the same Attribute as the equipped monster.
