During your next Standby Phase after placing a "Filth Counter" on a card, remove the counter from that card and Special Summon 1 "Plague Rat Token". [Level 1/DARK/Beast/ATK:100/DEF:100] When this card, and at least 1 "Plague Rat Token" is used for a Synchro Summon, decrease the attack of 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field by 500 for each "Plague Rat Token" used as Synchro Matierial for that Summon.

Typo fixed. Thanks guys, I'm hoping it's not too broken. I figured basically cold-waving yourself was a fair trade-off for reducing an opponent's monster's ATK by 2000, but I'm not entirely sure.

2000? How exactly do you plan to use 4 Level 4 non-Tuners and 1 Level 4 Tuner for a Synchro Summon?

 

It's a good concept, but the Rat Token's Level is a bit too high.
