Skarlet
Filth WitchLevel 4DARKSpellcaster/TunerLore: When this card is Summoned, place any number of "Filth Counters" on Spell or Trap cards you control( max 1. per card), those cards can not be activated, and thier effects are negated. During your next Standby Phase after placing a "Filth Counter" on a card, remove the counter from that card and Special Summon 1 "Plague Rat Token". [Level 1/DARK/Beast/ATK:100/DEF:100] When this card, and at least 1 "Plague Rat Token" is used for a Synchro Summon, decrease the attack of 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field by 500 for each "Plague Rat Token" used as Synchro Matierial for that Summon.ATK: 1700DEF: 1200 Link to comment
Sp1at
Dude that card is pro! Synchro users would be thanking you for making that card. OCG is fine. I see nothing wrong. 9/10 Link to comment
Brimtosis
This card is good. I see one typo, and that is the 'atleast'. It should be at least.part from that 9.5/10 Link to comment
Skarlet
Typo fixed. Thanks guys, I'm hoping it's not too broken. I figured basically cold-waving yourself was a fair trade-off for reducing an opponent's monster's ATK by 2000, but I'm not entirely sure. Link to comment

How exactly do you plan to use 4 Level 4 non-Tuners and 1 Level 4 Tuner for a Synchro Summon? It's a good concept, but the Rat Token's Level is a bit too high. Link to comment
Skarlet
By not making that typo. The tokens are meant to be level 1. Link to comment
