B] No, its boring.

C] No, but it might work in a beat down deck.

D] Add more interesting effects, and improve OCG:

"Double the ATK and halve the DEF of all monsters on the field. When a monster is destroyed by battle, inflict damage equal to half of the original ATK to its controller."
