Effect only looks like BEWD and CB have. I know this should be to make it less OP, but I think it made it UP.

I think there's already a diamond blue eyes. I beleive it's called hyozanryu xD

 

Anyway, overused picture, grainy too. Great balance though. I love how you are keeping up with the spell and trap sacrifice. Maybe make some spells that activate went sent to the grave.

Yeah, I was thinking of doing a Diamond Set, but it is very difficult to find Diamond images. In total, I only have three monsters, with this.

Anyways, great effect and well balanced; I see potential in Exodia Decks with this card. Tribute 2 "Goblin Housekeeping" and if you have another one, that's a good draw. Basically get's you an easy beatstick on the field.

 

I think you can make a Diamond Set, since I think you use Pixiv, just search PF4 or PFVI (like that card in your sig).
