Kitty
[align=center] Effect2 Dragon-Type Tuners + 1 or more Non-Tuner MonstersAs long as this card remains face-up on the field, no Dragon-Type monsters can be Summoned. Once per turn, send any number of Dragon-Type monsters from your hand to the Graveyard to increase this card's ATK by 200 for each card sent to the Graveyard. Guest Dementuo
A little bit overpowered, what with the no summoning effect, but great all together.(9/10: Great. This should be a real card)
Domi the Mystery
I actualy want to say it's UP'd. A beatstick monster which can be hardly summoned. Summoning 2 dragons is... small when you used 3 to summon it and it can still be destroyed by effect monster. OCG is fine, pic nice.7.5/
Kitty
@Domi: I didn't want to push the effect. I'd hate to get a really long effect and the card maker not generate it. >.< Thanks for the rates.
Master White
I like it. Its unique and it takes 2 Dragon type tuners, so its an Double Synchro monster. Which is good b/c if it was an normal Synchro, to me, it would be op'ed if ti was a normal Synchro monster. But I like it. OCG and Picture are Greatso I give an 10.5/
Limited Edition KING
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, Dragon-Type monsters cannot be Summoned. Once per turn, discard any number of Dragon-Type monsters from your hand to the Graveyard to increase this card's ATK by 200 for each card discarded. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card, you can Special Summon 2 Dragon-Type monsters from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. This effect seems to work better. Keep the Tuner requirements. I am dissapointed in the image as I have seen and used it before.

Y'know?
