Anbu-of-Sand
Great picture. Love the name. Minimal OCG Errors. This lives up to it's name IMO. Lots of different "Black Arts" this monsyer can do.It can attack twice in 1 turn with the cost of some of it's (or your) Life Points. It can also resurrect monsters from your deck with the cost of discarding 2.Which is used correctly, won't be much of a cost. That last effect destroys monsters. A bit UP'd that effect. I'd change it to a card instead of monster. And instead of not attacking for 2 turns just the Mage of Black Arts can't attack for 2 turns. That last effect has burn damage of 1000. A bit UP'd how you have to RFP from your Hand Deck and Field. Remove the Field. Overall, a 9.4/10. For a person who's a bit rusty not that bad :)
