Some OCG:

 

Bugeye - one = 1

Reflector - Sumoned ---not entirely sure

Road monitor - "Road Light Tokens"

Silver Spear - Defense Position

All Synchro's - Tuner

 

The only other problem I have is that some cards don't really have backgrounds, other than that, nice cards.

Mostly OP'd Level 4s with Swarming Capabilities here. Definitely abusable. "Hero" Monsters aren't meant to be particularly powerful on their own.

Justice Hero Twilight Veil is Op'd with its protection. Face-up or facedown? That's just not fair.

Justice Hero Marine Girl breaks the Rule of 2000 big time. Level 4 with 2000 ATK and it has the ability to summon monsters simply by revealing? And you can negate its destruction? They all need some drawbacks, not just the two I mentioned.

Summoned doesn't need to be capsed unless it talks of a specific type of summon.

Unfortunately i know which you talking about but it was reported that it's OCG error in the article so the rule state is must be capsed regardless cos it's like that word been bolding to people.
