HitoKage
Some OCG: Bugeye - one = 1Reflector - Sumoned ---not entirely sureRoad monitor - "Road Light Tokens"Silver Spear - Defense PositionAll Synchro's - Tuner The only other problem I have is that some cards don't really have backgrounds, other than that, nice cards. psychicplayer
thanks. And im never sure if tuner should ever be capsed. Summoned doesn't need to be capsed unless it talks of a specific type of summon. and will fix the OCG now.
HitoKage
Summoned doesn't need to be capsed unless it talks of a specific type of summon. Really, even if it specifies that it is a summon? I know if it a card talks about a summon, it isn't capsed.

psychicplayer
I couldn't think of another type of hero. Evil, Destiny, Elemental, and people here alrady made several other heros, so I just didn't think using the word Justice would lose me 5 rating points. tiramisuwithpandora
Mostly OP'd Level 4s with Swarming Capabilities here. Definitely abusable. "Hero" Monsters aren't meant to be particularly powerful on their own. Justice Hero Twilight Veil is Op'd with its protection. Face-up or facedown? That's just not fair.Justice Hero Marine Girl breaks the Rule of 2000 big time. Level 4 with 2000 ATK and it has the ability to summon monsters simply by revealing? And you can negate its destruction? They all need some drawbacks, not just the two I mentioned.
CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
Summoned doesn't need to be capsed unless it talks of a specific type of summon. Really' date=' even if it specifies that it is a summon? I know if it a card talks about a summon, it isn't capsed.[/quote'] Unfortunately i know which you talking about but it was reported that it's OCG error in the article so the rule state is must be capsed regardless cos it's like that word been bolding to people. psychicplayer
oh, ok. and for Marine Girls Opedness, you should see a Ko'aki Mieru card with 2000 ATK Level 4 and the same effect. I wouldn't of done it if I never saw that card.

tiramisuwithpandora
The difference is that Koa'ki Meiru cards are supposed to be OP'd, but with steep maintenance costs, like discarding an "Iron Core" or revealing cards to keep them on the field. This has no drawback.
