Appear now, Death itself!" As long as this card is face-up on the field, you do not lose the Duel. Whenever you would take damage, place 1 Death Counter on this card instead. During your Standby Phase, place 1 Death Counter each monster you control. This card gains 1000 ATK for each Death Counter on the field. When this card is removed from the field, you lose the duel.

Reminds me of Divine Serpent. Except it doesn't have infinite ATK.

 

If your opponent has monster removal, you lose. So it's not broken.
