It should be "1000 ATK or less" instead of "ATK equal to or less than 1000". His Spell and Trap lock could become op'd (even though he only has 1200 DEF).

You could lower 2000 life points to 1000 but other then that the card is cool 7.5/10

hell id use it heres a shii tons of ways to get his out EASY SYNCHRO ALERT!!! issue i can see if that you HAVE to bring out 2 cant just be one but hell ill sp summon Level eater and a lv 2 tuner

6+2=8 6+1=7 works for me

 

Thats grade A Yubeliag Sp yubel then ram him into somthing or killem yourself (hammer shot) xD free yubel change!
