I thought about "What happens if my opponenty plays 'Level Limit Area B'" ... here is the answer .... similar to Cost Down. But you decrease the ATK and level of the equipped monster and woosh.

you can use it on your opponent's monster, prevent them from synchro summoning and it loses attack.

There are 2 ways to use it:

 

1. Use it on your own monster if your opponent made restrictions (Level Limit or someth.)

 

2. Use it on your opponent's monster
