This dragon is perfect except one little thing the... Effect is Op'd and you need to change opponents to opponent's... Now about the effect it is messed, up maybe it should be to were you can only do it once every 2 or 3 turns. Something like that.

I agree Maybe Make it the New Cyber Solider and pay, oh 2000+.

As for the level, it would be worth it for that ability, but its still a one turn card. Even if you obliterate your opponent, they could easily counter it with, White Magician Pureku.

It looks nice, but it's overpowered. There needs to be some kind of higher cost associated with it if you're going to keep the effect the way it is. Cards that can destroy anything are few and far between; you have to restrict it's power a bit.

 

Other than that, though, this card is cool. I like the name and the pic, too.
