It's okay. It isn't OP'd but the image is horrible. I know it would probably be hard to find an image for that though.

Well, it's balanced but nobody pointed out the OCG errors so here I go:

This card can only be activated only when your opponent negates the activation of 1 of your Spell or Trap Cards and destroys it. Add the destroyed card to your hand.

 

For the card I give 8/10

I agree with everyone above. The card is not OP'ed at all, but the pic definitely needs work. Good luck finding one! Nice idea, though, so 8/10
